The De Paz corduroy chinos represent one of the most classic takes on the informal men's trouser, designed to ensure comfort throughout the day while maintaining a polished look.
The regular fit and straight leg make them an extremely versatile model. The brown colorway reinforces the traditional character of corduroy and is ideal paired with tweed, Shetland, flannel, and knitwear in autumnal tones.
CORDUROY
Corduroy is available in many different constructions. English tradition distinguishes the width via the wale count: we find the very fine pinwale or needlecord, the classic mid-wale, and the more textured wide-wale.
Our "rocciatore" (climber) corduroy stands out because it combines wider and thinner wales in the same fabric, alternating them to create a highly distinctive surface. In English, this construction can be described as alternating-wale or mixed-wale corduroy.
The result is a thick, warm, and durable fabric with a surprisingly soft hand, making it particularly pleasant for trousers intended for daily use.
The presence of Modal subtly enhances softness, while elastane adds just the right amount of stretch for increased comfort.
The De Paz Chinos are 100% Made in Italy, crafted through meticulous artisanal tailoring.
