The De Paz velvet Chino trousers are designed to offer maximum versatility: comfortable trousers for everyday wear that, thanks to the quality of the fabric and the care taken in their construction, can also be easily worn for more elegant occasions.
The regular fit and straight leg maintain a classic and natural line. In the navy blue variant, the velvet takes on a particularly elegant appearance and allows the trousers to be easily paired with jackets, shirts, pullovers, and outerwear.
CORDUROY
The character of corduroy depends largely on the size of its ridges. In English terminology, the ridge is called a wale: pinwale or needlecord features very fine ribbing, mid-wale an intermediate ridge, and wide-wale a wider, more pronounced structure.
The De Paz "rocciatore" (climber) velvet instead uses a specific alternation of wide and thin wales, a construction that can be described as alternating wale or mixed-wale corduroy.
Its substantial structure provides warmth, body, and durability, while maintaining a soft and particularly comfortable feel.
A component of Modal further contributes to the softness, while the small percentage of elastane allows the fabric to naturally follow your movements.
The garment is the result of Italian artisanal tailoring and is 100% Made in Italy.
