The De Paz velvet Chino trousers reinterpret the classic chino through a warm, rich, and comfortable fabric, maintaining a style suitable for both everyday wear and more sophisticated occasions.
The regular fit and straight leg keep the trousers balanced and natural. In the white version, the three-dimensional structure of the velvet is further highlighted by the light, creating an original garment that is easily paired with navy blue, brown, green, and darker tones.
CORDUROY
The appearance of corduroy changes significantly based on the size of the wales. In English classification, the term wale identifies the individual rib: pinwale or needlecord is very fine, mid-wale features intermediate ribs, while wide-wale displays wider and more pronounced stripes.
The "rocciatore" velvet used by De Paz is distinguished by the alternation of wide and thinner ribs, a construction that can be defined as alternating wale or mixed-wale corduroy.
The substantial structure makes the fabric thick, durable, and particularly warm, while its hand remains pleasantly soft.
The Modal content contributes to the softness of the surface, while the elastane offers moderate elasticity useful for daily wear.
The trousers are 100% Made in Italy, the result of meticulous artisanal tailoring.
