CORDUROY
The different types of corduroy are traditionally distinguished by the width of the ribs. In English, the individual rib is called a wale: pinwale or needlecord identifies the finer versions, mid-wale the intermediate ones, and wide-wale the corduroys with the most prominent ribs.
In our rocciatore corduroy, however, wide and thin ribs alternate, creating a recognizable texture that can be described as alternating wale or mixed-wale corduroy.
Despite the substantial structure, the fabric retains a particularly soft hand. The thickness also ensures warmth and durability, essential features for an extremely comfortable winter trouser.
The Modal contributes to the softness of the fabric, while the slight elastic component increases comfort during movement.
The garment is 100% Made in Italy and crafted with meticulous artisanal tailoring.
