Behind the color, however, lies a much more complex manufacturing process than it might appear.
TUBULAR CONSTRUCTION
The sweater is not created by assembling a front, a back, and other separate panels. Special knitting machines allow it to be constructed in one continuous piece, developing the garment in a tubular shape.
This particular technique minimizes the presence of seams and allows the knit structure to drape more naturally over the body.
It is one of the reasons why the garment is comfortable while maintaining a well-defined silhouette.
THE YOKE DESIGN
The jacquard band follows the upper part of the sweater in a circle. In the contrast between royal blue and yellow, the design becomes the star, emphasizing the geometry of the yoke with particular strength.
The pattern is part of the knit itself: color and structure are built together, not superimposed afterwards.
BRUSHED SHETLAND
The yarn is 100% Shetland wool and the surface undergoes a brushing process.
