From a distance it appears almost uniform; up close, however, very fine purple stripes emerge, crossing the dark grey background and creating a very subtle plaid pattern.
It is precisely this dual reading that characterizes the De Paz dark grey Shetland wool jacket: sober as a whole, much more intricate in its details.
The grey lining keeps the interior understated and lets the outer fabric tell the story of the garment's personality.
SHETLAND AND LARGE PLAIDS
Shetland wool has a naturally lively surface and a hand that retains something authentically textured.
On this base, the subtle purple lines add another layer to the design: they do not form a sharp, graphic check, but blend into the texture of the wool, becoming visible primarily when observing the jacket up close.
The result is a fabric capable of maintaining the versatility of dark grey while avoiding the flat effect of a completely solid color.
The jacket is made of 100% wool, with a pure viscose lining, using fabric selected and imported from the United Kingdom by De Paz.
Manufacturing is carried out in Italy by a specialized workshop.
